Important Notice for Bank Bill Pay Customers

If you use your bank’s bill pay service to pay your City of Buckeye utility bill, please ensure your account number includes the dash between your account number and customer number.

Example: AccountNumber-CustomerNumber

Updating this format will help ensure your payment is processed correctly and applied to the proper account.
